We're Here to Help You Every Step of the Way
CPC Consumer Directed supports Medicaid-eligible consumers who use New York’s Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) and the personal assistants (PAs) they choose—by helping with registration and ongoing support in partnership with Public Partnerships LLC (PPL), New York’s statewide fiscal intermediary.

About New York’s CDPAP
The Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) is a New York State Medicaid program that allows eligible individuals to receive care at home from a personal assistant they choose. CDPAP consumers (or their designated representative) take an active role in recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising their personal assistants.

How CPC Consumer Directed Helps
CDPAP facilitators are community-based organizations that help consumers and personal assistants transition to and work with PPL, including registration support and ongoing assistance related to timekeeping and program administration.
